First of all, I wanna thank you for visiting my blog. I hope you will like it.
This is my first post and i want to shed the lights on some things to make sure that we are on the same page.
What is "Zen"?
Zen is a Buddhism school that emphasizes that knowledge is achieved by emptying your mind and meditation. then the term "Zen" was used as a meaning of becoming hassle-free from the chaos of life in general and make it as simple as possible.
So what is this blog about?
I am influenced by Leo Babauta (Author of: zen habits) and his blog and i won't deny it. But this is not a copycat from his blog. This is my thought of how to clarify my mind and FOCUS on what's really matters in life and i hope this would help me and you as well.
How am i gonna do that?
I read tons of blogs about people who did something BIG like weight loss, quitting smoking, starting a business, learning a new skill.. etc. BUT I always feel that there is, you know, something missing. They have accomplished this while i wasn't there to know the real struggle they went through and every time i tried to follow their steps i got stuck in the way with nobody to tell me whether this is normal or i am just doing it wrong. So i decided to go all the way on my own and keep trying until i find the one way that works for me and write about it as long as it goes to be a public commitment in the first place and let's hope that it may inspires on of you my friends.
